To request a custom product from Coastal Pet, you must adhere to the following parameters:

You agree to a $30,000 annual commitment; this allows us to set you up as a direct customer. We cannot accommodate custom projects through distribution.
Custom product materials must be paid for in advance
MOQs (typically 3,000-10,000 pc) must be honored

Custom project requests not submitted through this form will NOT be considered.
