Return/Exchange Policy for Facebook and Google Marketplaces

Currently Coastal Pet only accepts returns and exchanges on purchases made through the Facebook and Google marketplaces. For items purchased from online or local retailers, please work through those businesses directly for returns or exchanges of Coastal Pet product.

Our Quality Guarantee ensures quality craftsmanship and covers the product when used as intended. Normal wear and tear caused by prolonged use is not covered by this policy.

Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item for a different size or style, simply initiate a return using the form below. A Coastal Pet representative will reach out to you with further instructions. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit (less shipping charges) to appear on your statement.
