Returns and Exchanges

At Coastal Pet, we are committed to your satisfaction and proudly stand behind our products and quality. 

We carefully consider every element of a product's design from the time we think it up to the moment you bring it home to your pet. Things like rounding our leather collars for the comfort of longhaired pups and creating a patented slide for our collars to reduce slip are just a few of the ways we go the extra mile.  

What is the Coastal Pet Products Return Policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your Coastal Pet product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers or on CoastalPet.com, you may request a refund or replacement product. Products must be returned, or an exchange requested within 60 days of purchase, with receipt or order number. 

How long do I have to return a product to Coastal Pet Products? 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. 

How are return shipping costs handled? 

If you are unsatisfied with your product (wrong size, dissatisfied with color or pattern choice, etc.), you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the product is defective, Coastal Pet Products will issue a return authorization.  

I want to exchange my product, when will I receive replacement? 

If you want to exchange your product for another color or size, the replacement product will be sent once the unwanted product is received and processed. 

I want a refund, not an exchange. 

If you are not satisfied with your Coastal Pet product, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Once the product has been received and processed, a refund will be issued for the total cost of the product, less shipping charges, within 5 business days.  

 

Conditions: 

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase, thereafter, all sales are final 
  • All non-defective returns must be in original condition with original packaging 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products 
  • Returns must be shipped with a prepaid shipping label; any return sent back with freight collect will be refused
