If you are not satisfied with your Coastal Pet product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Coastal Pet 60-Day Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Coastal Pet Innovation
Coastal Pet Products is much more than an American manufacturer of pet products. As an industry leader focused on quality first, Coastal has been setting the bar for decades with standards that remain unsurpassed today. With over fifty years of experience behind us, Coastal has always been on the cutting edge of innovation and design.
In 1975 we introduced doubly-ply nylon web that set the standard for the industry, followed quickly in 1977 by the development of a curved buckle design that is now commonplace. Over the years we’ve continued to design in-house proprietary machines to best suit our unique manufacturing processes. Today automation also plays a pivotal role enabling Coastal to quickly and efficiently yield higher quantities of products, especially in nylon and leather. An in-house testing laboratory has allowed us to frequently perform tests on all products to maintain a high level of quality in both materials and workmanship.

Coastal Pet History
Coastal Pet Products, Inc. was founded in 1968 by brothers Jim and Tom Stout. Our first facility was built in 1974 and employed 10 people. During those early years, we became one of the leading pioneers in the collar and leash industry by utilizing nylon webbing instead of traditional leather. As the industry grew and matured, so has Coastal Pet. Today we maintain a nearly 400,000 square foot facility where we produce many of the collars, leashes and harnesses our customers have grown to trust for more than half a century.
