Titan Prong collar thoughts...

It is unfortunate for me to say that I believe the level of quality and craftsmanship has slipped a bit. I recently bought a new prong collar and after comparing it to my last titan collar it left me disappointed to say the least. The spot welding is the most obvious difference. Prongs seem to be less resistant in the new collar indicating a change in recipe for the manufacturing of the metal used. The swivel and ring (which I have always considered one of the most important functions) do not rotate smooth as the connection still has burrs from manufacturer. The collar does function but â??bindsâ? at the first prong link from time to time which causes the need to pause for readjustment. I would hope more attention be placed on quality control in the future regarding the welding and smoothing of accessories regarding the smooth operation of a device many depend on day in and day out.
